This week I had the pleasure of speaking at #dareconf, the conference all about people skills for digital workers. My talk was called “Connect With Colleagues Using Active Listening” and in it I describe the process I went through at Comic Relief of learning to listen more than I talked (it’s an ongoing process…).
I can’t recommend #dareconf highly enough – this is stuff we all need and most of us don’t get enough of. Do go to one of their other events if you can.
